your trauma doesn’t have to define you. You are worthy and capable of healing, regardless of what you’ve been through.

You may have been living with this pain a long time or had a recent experience that unlocked past trauma. You are tired of feeling disconnected or on edge and are ready to get the the root of your pain. Trauma can be a single event or prolonged ongoing stressors that overwhelms your ability to cope and has lasting effects on your mental, physical and emotional well-being.

Trauma can take away our ability to be vulernable and show up in our lives and relationships fully. Fortunate, this doesn’t have to be permanent. By getting the care you need to get to the root of your trauma, you will be able to release and transform the impact of your past. There is a reclaiming that happens when we get the support needed to fully be with our wounds and heal them.

I am honored to join you in this deep and transformational journey. We will integrate evidence-based interventions, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based tools to process and release the impact of past experiences.

Create a safe, compassionate space that allows you to overcome traumatic experiences.

You aren’t meant to do this work alone. We get hurt in relationships and we heal in relationships. My intention is to be a soft place to land where you can do the sensitive healing work you need.

We are not meant to hold onto trauma. Unfortunately, when we don’t get the support we need in our relationships or the experience is too overwhelming, we can get stuck in it.

I will make sure you have the support you need to get unstuck and create new patterns and lasting change in your life and relationships.

We will build a relationship that includes trust and safety and goes at the pace that is best for you. My approach is gentle, but effective. There is no need to continue suffering- your path to healing starts now.

  • If you have experienced a traumatic event, had a difficult childhood, or are struggling with symptoms such as anxiety, flashbacks, or nightmares, trauma therapy may be a good fit for you.

  • We will work at the pace that feels right for you. Often trauma processing is less about talking and more about learning to reconnect with your body and live in the present moment. Trauma therapy does not require you to share all the painful details of your trauma in order to heal.

  • The length of treatment can greatly vary depending on variables such as severity of trauma, other mental health conditions, and your personal therapy goals. Some people benefit from short term, while others find a long-term therapeutic relationship to be the most beneficial.
